Personal and educational use

Models are provided for personal practice, learning and educational projects only. You may download models, edit your own working copy and use it to study SketchUp modeling or create non-commercial coursework and practice renders.

Commercial use requires separate permission

This download permission does not include paid client projects, commercial presentations, commercial renders or animations, or use in products sold or supplied commercially. Contact info@nicetowers.com before any commercial use. A download alone does not grant commercial rights.

Redistribution and ownership

Do not resell, re-upload, share the downloadable files publicly, redistribute them in packs, or claim the models as your own work. Editing a model does not transfer ownership or remove these restrictions. You may share links to the original Nice Tower Plus download pages. Credit Nice Tower Plus when sharing non-commercial renders or educational work using these resources.

Check each model before use

Models are learning and visualization resources. Check the SketchUp version, scale, dimensions, materials and geometry in your own project. They are not a substitute for construction drawings or structural and safety verification. Where an individual file has an expressly stated separate license, read that license and contact us if its terms are unclear.

Downloads and separate purchases

A free download has no purchase price to refund. Purchases from other Nice Tower websites or third-party platforms follow the terms presented by the relevant seller; this page does not change those terms.
