Before downloading

Review the model usage policy for permitted use. Privacy questions are covered in our privacy policy.

Report a model download problem

Include the page address, the title shown on the model card and what happens when you open the download link. State whether Google Drive reports a missing file, asks for access or loads a file that appears different from the preview. A screenshot of the error can help, but avoid including passwords, account recovery codes or private documents.

Ask about a modeling exercise

For a tutorial question, include the video or guide address and the step that is unclear. Mention the software version you are using and describe the operation you have already tried. This helps distinguish a changed interface from a problem in the model itself.

Usage and ownership questions

The resources on this site are for personal and educational use. If you need permission for another use, identify the exact resource and explain the intended use before proceeding. If you believe a resource raises an ownership concern, provide its page URL and enough information to identify the issue. Do not send unrelated confidential files.
